Biography
Chef Vincent’s love for cooking and food started at a tender age, from great memories at his parents local delight stall. He jumped into the culinary world the moment he graduated from culinary school at aged 18.
With great mentorship by Italian Chef-De-Cuisine in Marina Mandarin Hotel, Chef Vincent embarked on a professional culinary journey for several years before starting his own small eatery.
His hunger for knowledge grew out of culinary as he wants to know more about FOH operation and joined a Horeca supplies company. Subsequently, Chef Vincent took the opportunity to join Fabristeel in 2005 and eventually to the current role of Culinary Brand Specialist at Welbilt.
He has since been leading the APAC Chef’s Team and still feels the adrenaline rush whenever sharing product knowledge with customers and conducting masterclasses. The deep influences by Italian Chef-De-Cuisine taught him to always “Cook with your heart”!
