SIAL Interfood 2025 - Jakarta International Expo SIAL Interfood 2025 took place from 12–15 November at JIExpo Kemayoran, bringing together more than 1,500 exhibitors from 26 countries and attracting tens of thousands of visitors from across the region. The show highlighted Indonesia’s growing influence in the global F&B industry, featuring 100 leading local SMEs alongside major international brands. Across four days, visitors experienced a vibrant mix of live cooking and baking demonstrations, industry competitions, coffee battles, and innovation showcases. Key highlights included the La Cuisine Competition, pastry and gelato challenges, and hands-on workshops covering food safety, halal certification, and specialty culinary skills. With its strong government and industry support, the 2025 edition reinforced SIAL Interfood’s role as a premier platform for product discovery, business networking, and culinary innovation in Southeast Asia. | ![]() |
